  2. Standardised Base Rate (SBR) = 3.00% p.a. and Base Lending Rate/Base Financing Rate (BLR/BFR) = 6.85%p.a. as at 9 May 2023. Preferential rates will be subject to change with the change of SBR or BLR/BFR.
  3. The preferential rate is subject to meeting 2.0% and above of Group Mortgage Reducing Term Assurance (MRTA) or Group Mortgage Reducing Term Takaful (MRTT) optimisation rate (opty rate). For MRTA/MRTT opty rate less than 2.0% or without MRTA/MRTT, additional 0.05% p.a. will be charged.   6. Based on the average balance of Deposits, selected Investments and cumulative annualised premium/contribution of Bancassurance/Bancatakaful in the last 3 months. The list of selected Investment and Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products can be viewed here.
  7. Based on total outstanding balance for individual loan and/or financing products at the end of the previous month.
  8. Based on the average balance deposited in Current Account/-i, Savings Account/-i, and/or invested in selected Investment product(s) and/or cumulative annualised premium/contribution of Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products in the last 3 months. The list of selected investment and Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products can be viewed here (excluding Term Investment Account-i).
  9. Exclusive Foreign Exchange Rates are subject to minimum transaction amount of RM10,000 at CIMB Branch & CIMB Preferred Call Centre.
  10. All credit applications are subject to credit evaluation and the financing amount/tenure are subject to the terms stated in Schedule 1 of the CIMB Preferred Preferential Rates Terms and Conditions.
